Meeting of February 10, 2010
Hello Ladies,
We had a small meeting with the very brave and nearby members venturing out. I
was very happy about that, as it is difficult to reschedule the meeting.
We have a lot of business coming up in the next couple months.
On February 23, 2010, Tuesday, there is a blood drive at the Post. I need a few
people to help them unload and load the equipment, and to serve the people
donating some juice and cookies. I would also appreciate donations of food for
the workers.
March 13, 2010 is the Comedy Club, one of our big fund raisers. Tickets are
printed and available for purchase so pass the word. You can call me or Frank
Connolly at the Jewelling shop in Erie. Tickets are a $25.00 donation and include
dinner, show and drinks!
Poker Room Tournaments are coming up in April with a kick off at the Post that
will be sometime in March.
The Veterans Hospital Trip will be April 8th , and April will report on it next month.
The Elder-Beerman Community days sale is coming up soon please donate $5.00
to the Aux and receive coupons to the sale on February 27th.
Our district meeting is March 6th at Post #701, Lansing. Please contact Grace
Connolly if you want to go.
Our next meeting is March 10th. Hope the weather is better.

meeting.
